Meatball is a short film I created to test Luma in depth. I have to say that it has been a great leap in quality (and overall a lot of fun). Thanks to Luma, Gen-3 and this new generation of video tools, now AI narrative can be way more complex and elaborated, which is great. The only thing is missed is a bit more of control, but I’m sure we will get there.

It was also my first incursion into the sci-fi genre, which I liked to combine with some suspense and a bit of comedy. Here a little synopsis about the story:

"A terrible murder has taken place in Hill Valley, Arizona. A seemingly normal, single man may have turned out to be one of those alien meatballs that last November 2018 disappeared from an alien spaceship that crashed in Los Tuertos, California. It is suspected that these beings may still exist among us, as they are capable of adopting a human form, although authorities reiterate that they were completely eliminated during those famous events. However, recent appearances on social media, as well as witnesses claiming to have encountered them, belie the official version. It is suspected that the unauthorized group called the Butchers may be behind this incident."
