FWD >> (short for forward) is a music video for a song created in Udio inspired in some recent events in my life.

To test Runway Gen-3 I wanted to create something visually appealing, that would make the most of the new creative capabilities it offers and could have a personal meaning too. The shots were created in under 48h, which is amazing.

FWD is a song that talks about the importance of moving forward in life to overcome pain and "burn" the things that no longer serve you for that sole purpose, rather with a healing intention than a revengeful or defiant one.... although there is some of that too. For me, hard rock music purifies your soul and helps you to start over, just like fire does with material things.

As a visual metaphor for this, I have imagined a video that constantly moves forward, in a realistic way but with a video game touch, because what is life if not a steady move forward where you win and lose all the time.
